EPRI SQURTS TESTING SCHEDULE 1. The 2011 SQURTS test weeks are colored green on the calendar. The web address to view the list of items scheduled to be tested is: http://www.squrts.org. 2. The SQURTS submittal form must be completed on-line a minimum of two weeks prior to the test week. The submittal form must include the required catalog literature and any specific details for mounting & wiring. The on-line web address for the form is: http://www.squrts.org/submittal.aspx. On the calendar, the cut-off date for receipt of submittal forms is colored red and outlined. Submittal forms received after this date will be scheduled in the next SQURTS test week. 3. The test samples must arrive at QualTech NP a minimum of one week prior to the test week. Test samples may be sent in early. On the calendar, the cut-off day for receipt of test sample is colored blue and outlined. Test samples received after this date will be scheduled in the next SQURTS test week.
